All presentations will be transferred onto the PC in the room you are presenting in. All presenters are required to take their presentation to the Technical Assistants Office (M311) to be transferred and checked. TAKE YOUR PRESENTATION TO OUR TECHNICAL ASSISTANTS A DAY BEFORE YOUR PRESENTATION IS SCHEDULED. If that is not possible, make sure you will be there at least 2 hours before you are presenting. The official language of the Congress is English. The duration of an individual paper presentation is 30 minutes (20-25 for presenting and 5 for questions during which the next presenter will prepare for his turn). Presenters should arrive at the room at least 15 minutes before the session starts to meet the session chair and confirm that they are present. Schedule will be maintained even in case of a cancellation. The other presenters are not allowed to extend their presentation or to begin the next presentation earlier than scheduled. Should a speaker extend his presentation beyond their time allocation, the session Chair has been instructed to interrupt him. It is essential that presenters stay on time for the duration of the entire program to ensure courtesy and equity for all presenters, and to allow all delegates the chance to plan the sessions they wish to attend.

WORKSHOPSWorkshops will have their own content presented and guided by the organizers of the workshop. Workshops last from 1,5 to 2 hours. Workshop organizers should arrive at their rooms at least 15 minutes before the workshop is scheduled to start.
