The standard congress fee covers:

- participation in all congress sessions, workshops and symposia

- congress materials

- city reception 

- congress dinner  

* The student fee applies to full-time students only. Students are required to provide a copy of their student IDs when registering.

The congress dinner is sold separately. Price: 50€

Congress cancellation policy:

Cancellation received one month (13.5.2012) or more prior to the congress will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within two weeks prior to the congress, and all no-shows, will not receive reimbursements. Cancellations due to governmental travel restrictions or failure to obtain a visa to attend the congress will receive a full refund regardless of when notification is received.
